HOW TO OPEN / CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

To sign up with Paypal, click here. Click on Sign Up Today

Select Philippines and click on Personal.

Fill up the form with your personal details. You may uncheck the Link my credit card checkbox. And then Create the Account.

On the next screen, just click Go to my Account without entering your credit card details (you can if you want to. I'm just saying you don't need to).

Click on Confirm E-mai Address. Get the activation code from your e-mail.

Click on Click here if the button does not appear in the email in the website and enter the activation code.

Enter the secret questions and answers. That's it. You're good to go.
